Call for applications

For the operation of a refreshment bar/concept store known as “Kesselbetrib” at 1535° Creative Hub in Differdange (building C).

The ground-floor space has an approximate area of 270 m2, including a non-professional kitchen facility for operating a snack bar (snacks, sandwiches, salads) and a multi-purpose area on two floors. An alcohol license for the premises has been obtained on behalf of the City of Differdange.

The availability for rent is to be determined starting September 2025.

This location, at the heart of the 1535° Creative Hub, with a community of 500 creative professionals and open to the general public, should be welcoming and complement the existing offer on the site. Applications must be in line with the principles of the 1535° Creative Hub — 1535.lu. Particular importance will be attributed to the appeal, quality, and originality of the concept.

Any interested person or company in possession of all the necessary authorizations may submit their application, including their concept, cover letter, and a copy of the authorizations, to the College of Aldermen of the City of Differdange:
