Municipal elections – my vote, my choice!

All inhabitants of the city of Differdange, regardless of the length of their residence in Luxembourg, can participate in the municipal elections of 11 June 2023 by registering on the electoral lists until 17 April 2023.

The conditions to be fulfilled for non-Luxembourgish citizens are the following:

• For nationals of another member state of the European Union or the Schengen area:
  • be domiciled in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
  • reside there at the time of the application for registration on the electoral roll;
• For other foreign nationals :
  • Have a valid residence card or permit,
  • Be domiciled in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
  • Reside there at the time of the application for registration on the electoral roll.

Do you wish to vote in the next municipal elections of 11 June 2023?

Register now on the electoral roll for the municipal elections until Monday 17 April 2023:

• either by simply going to the citizens office (town hall – first floor) of your municipality with your identity card/passport and for non-EU nationals, a valid residence permit/residence card;
• or electronically via MyGuichet.lu.

The counters are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Please note that anyone who has already registered does not need to do so again.
