The selection of applicants and the calculation of the amount due are carried out in accordance with the Law on Affordable Housing and the amended Housing Subsidy Law of February 25, 1979.
The eligibility criteria are laid down in Article 55 of the Affordable Housing Act:

* Apartments for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PMR) are available in all housing categories and are allocated according to the size of the household to which the person with reduced mobility belongs.
**Couple: Households with children under the age of 12 are considered couples.
***Child: Child over the age of 12 – By law, children over the age of 12 require a separate bedroom. Children under 12 are not counted. Therefore, a household with a child under the age of 12 is considered a couple.
Eligibility limit for tenant applicants
The monthly income of the household is determined in accordance with Article 56, with the exception of family allowances, which are not taken into account.
