Legislative Elections 2023: Voting impossible

Voting is compulsory for everyone on the electoral roll, whether in local, legislative, European or referendum elections. You cannot be replaced as a voter. Any reason for abstention must be duly justified to the Parquet du Tribunal d’arrondissement. Luxembourg law provides for penalties if you do not vote or if your reasons for abstaining are not accepted.
