Mural project: it’s up to you!

As part of its urban beautification policy, the City of Differdange is launching a call for projects to create a mural fresco. Artists, artist collectives and art students are invited to submit their proposals for two walls of different sizes (14×3.5 m and 18.5×4 m). No technique is prescribed, but the work must be durable, meet safety standards, and use environmentally friendly materials wherever possible.

Projects will be evaluated by a committee based on originality, integration into the environment, feasibility and cost. Entrants must submit a budget that covers various costs, including fees, materials, insurance, and rights to the work.

Applications must be submitted by 21 October 2024, with selection by 15 November 2024, and completion between December 2024 and March 2025.
