For a few months now, Francesco Micillo – engineer by day, passionate pizza and bread maker by night – has successfully offered workshops for bread and pizza dough. The workshops in English, French or Italian can take place in Differdange or at your home. Learn how to make a professional Pizza Napoletana, Pizza Romana or a gluten free pizza in your own oven. Francesco can also teach you about sourdough bread and artisanal focaccia. He coaches restaurants and organizes team buildings as well. The workshops take place in the evenings or on weekends and last about two hours. They include a demonstration, the making of your own pizza dough and of course the tasting of your delicious homemade creation, accompanied by a glass of wine.
