Rufbus – ticket block instead of cash

Watch out: From 15 March 2022, the ride on the Dinola call bus will — as originally planned — be subject to a charge. A ride will then cost two euros. Due to safety and hygiene reasons put in place by the bus operator Sales-Lentz, customers will not be able to pay for their bus ticket with cash.

The practical alternative: a new ticket block with a total of ten individual journeys. This is available for 20 euros at the customer service desk in the town hall (first floor, office 4, opening hours: Mon.-Fri.: 7:30 am-12 pm, 1:30pm-5 pm). If desired, the ticket blocks can also be conveniently sent home by post (on account).

As consolation for the cancelled Christmas party in 2021, the town of Differdange has also given all senior citizens a voucher for a round trip with the Dinola call bus. The vouchers can be redeemed from 15 March.

The Dinola offer is mainly aimed at local senior citizens over 60 years of age. However, pregnant women and people with a temporary disability or immobility can also use the call bus (with a doctor’s certificate).
