Home-ownership subsidy for new construction /
Improvement subsidy

A subsidy amounting to 50% of the Home-ownership subsidy for new construction allocated by the Service des Aides au Logement (Ministry of Housing) for the construction of a building on the territory of Differdange is granted by the municipality upon request and upon presentation of the following documents:

• a copy of the letter from the Service des Aides au Logement certifying the amount of the Home-ownership subsidy for new construction granted and the address of the dwelling, for which the subsidy is due
• a bank account number of the beneficiary of the subsidy

A subsidy amounting to 50% of the Improvement subsidy allocated by the Service des Aides au Logement (Ministry of Housing) for the renovation of a dwelling on the territory of Differdange is granted by the municipality upon request and upon presentation of the following documents:

• a copy of the letter from the Service des Aides au Logement certifying the amount of the Improvement subsidy granted and the address of the dwelling, for which the subsidy is due
• a bank account number of the beneficiary of the subsidy
