The registration period for the pilot project organised by
Klima-Agence and the City of Differdange ends on 22 November 2024.
Homeowners in Differdange who register by 22 November 2024 can benefit from intensive support for the successful energy-efficient renovation of their homes by the end of 2025. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings through insulation, thereby saving energy and improving the quality of life for the residents.
At the start of a renovation project under the ‘Zesumme renovéieren’ programme, an advisor from Klima-Agence visits the home of the participants to explain possible insulation measures. The participants receive all the relevant information they need to get a quote for eligible insulation measures from a craftsman, and thus get an idea of the required budget.
If the participant then decides to implement one or more measures, Klima-Agence will arrange for a certified energy advisor and cover the costs of the consultation by the 1st of June 2025. This enables the participant to claim the Klimabonus subsidy for insulation measures.
As part of ‘Zesumme renovéieren’, the neighbourhood manager ensures that participants receive personalised support throughout the entire renovation process.
