In partnership with the Harmonie municipale de Differdange the City of Differdange is organizing a citizens’ trip to our sister city of Penzberg from 11-15 April 2025.

• Visit to Linderhof Castle
• Visit to the Mining Museum and Penzberg Museum
• Joint concert by the municipal bands of Differdange and Penzberg

Costs

The price is:

• 500 € for a double room
• 564 € for a single room (limited availability)

Conditions of participation

The number of participants is limited. Once the coach is full, we will no longer be able to accept registrations.

Please register by 22 February 2025 at the latest using our online form. After registering, you will receive an invoice by post.

About Penzberg

Penzberg is a medium-sized city in southern Bavaria, approximately fifty kilometers from Munich. The  city is nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Bavarian Pre-Alps.

Penzberg’s history is closely tied to the mining industry. For over 150 years, until 1966, the city was an important coal mining center. This history is now preserved and showcased in the Mining Museum.

Today, Penzberg is known for its high-tech companies, particularly in biotechnology. It is appreciated for its quality of life and beautiful landscapes.
