Call for service providers: youth housing management

The contractor must ensure the daily management and maintenance of these apartments. This includes:

• The provision, administrative management and follow-up of the rental contracts
• The organization of social and educational support to promote the integration and autonomy of young tenants
• The monitoring of the technical aspects and maintenance of the apartments
• The implementation of awareness-raising, prevention and psychosocial support activities

• Experience and expertise in managing youth accommodation or similar projects
• The ability to provide high-quality socio-educational support
• Expertise in the administrative and technical management of housing
• Competitive prices that are in line with the project budget

Interested applicants are invited to submit a detailed offer that includes:

• A presentation of the organization and its skills
• Similar references or previous projects
• A plan for managing the accommodation and accompanying measures
• The estimated budget and prices
