An emergency call system (téléalarme) allows the person to remain safe at home and/or outdoors by using a transmitter (e. g. a bracelet) that allows them to call for help in the event of illness or accident at the touch of a button.
The City of Differdange covers the cost of installing the alarm system. The monthly costs are borne by the customer.
