As part of our commitment to the European NetZeroCities program, we’re informing you about important changes regarding your energy consumption. 

What’s changing in 2025?

The Luxembourg Regulatory Institute (ILR) has modified the calculation of electricity network usage costs in January 2025. From now on: 

• Each household has a reference consumption level based on its habits; 
• Exceeding this level (when simultaneously using multiple devices) will be charged at a higher rate.

 How to save? 

• Avoid using multiple energy-intensive appliances at the same time. 
• Schedule your appliances to operate at different times. For example: run your washing machine in the morning, your oven at noon, and charge your electric car at night.

Smarty+ Dongle at 40€

Connected to your meter, it allows you to visualize your consumption in real time and receive alerts when you exceed your limit.
