Application for permission to BBQ on public property

Applications for permits to grill on public property may be submitted by any person, including coffee shop owners. Applications can be submitted online.

The authorisation for the sale of grilled meat is granted under the express condition that the ministerial regulation of January 6, 1993 fixing the conditions for the sale of meat and fish products in special circumstances is respected. The mayor may refuse to grant permission to establishments that are the subject of numerous complaints from the neighbourhood.
