Traffic disruptions during the Easter break

During the Easter school holidays, several construction projects will cause traffic disruptions on major roads in Differdange. We are taking advantage of this holiday period, when traffic is generally lighter, to carry out this work.

30 March – 3 April

Due to a connection linked to a private construction project, rue Emile Mark will be completely closed to traffic between boulevard Emile Krieps and rue Michel Rodange from Monday, 30 March to Friday, 3 April.

The corresponding detours will be indicated on site. This disruption will have a significant impact on traffic to and from Hussigny.

28 March – 11 April

On Route de Bascharage, near the Hahneboesch roundabout, construction work to connect the new shopping center will take place from Saturday, 28 March, to Saturday, 11 April.

Traffic will be restricted to one-way traffic toward Niederkorn.

A detour for traffic heading in the opposite direction will be indicated and, starting 1 April, will once again pass through the Hahneboesch industrial zone, where construction has been completed.

Due to this unforeseen circumstance, the new Diffbus itinerary will be implemented after the holidays, starting 13 April 2026.
