Reporting system — whistleblowers

The City of Differdange is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency. In accordance with the law of May 16, 2023, on the protection of whistleblowers, we have set up a secure reporting system that allows violations of the law and inappropriate behavior to be reported in complete confidentiality.

This system is accessible to:

  • all municipal administration employees (civil servants, employees, interns, contractors, etc.);
  • members of the municipal council and the municipal executive committee;
  • people who have had a working relationship with our administration;
  • people whose working relationship has not yet begun (information obtained during the recruitment process or other pre-contractual negotiations).

You can report any act that is illegal or contrary to the public interest, in particular:

  • Conflicts of interest, corruption, fraud;
  • Discrimination, harassment;
  • Damage to the environment, health, or safety;
  • Misappropriation of public property;
  • Accounting or financial irregularities.
  • Absolute confidentiality of your identity and the information you provide.
  • Protection against any form of retaliation (sanctions, discrimination, dismissal, etc.).
  • Option to report anonymously.
  • Processing by trained representatives who are bound by confidentiality.

Use the secure form below to submit your report. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within seven days and a response regarding the action taken within three months.
