Nuisance: dog poo

The city reminds all dog owners that they are responsible for disposing of their dog’s feces in public spaces. They must put the excrement in the trash can using the appropriate plastic bags. These bags for dog feces can be found in yellow boxes throughout the municipal territory and offer owners the opportunity to dispose of their dog’s poo right away.

Dogs are excellent play companions for children and loyal partners for young and old. Dog poo in public places, on the other hand, is a nuisance and should be avoided! Dog feces can become a health hazard, especially for children, and can be detrimental to our well-being.

Please note: dog poo left in public places is not a trivial offense, but a misdemeanor which is punishable by a fine of up to 155 euros!

Out of respect for their neighbors, dog owners must also dispose of dog feces on private property so as not to create unpleasant odors.

For this reason, dog poo must be put in the bag and immediately thrown in the trash can!
