The Municipal Archives of Differdange and the Senior Plus Service have launched the ‘Mémoires du passé’ (Memories of the past) project, which aims to collect oral archives as a new source of historical knowledge.

The aim is to collect oral archives as a new source of historical knowledge, complementing administrative documents and private written collections by adding the human and living dimension that the written word cannot always convey.
