Call for Applications: Management of the new Chalet Thillenberg

Water and electricity are provided by the City.

The selected association will be responsible for:

• management of the chalet and waste disposal;
• the furnishing, maintenance, and cleaning of the premises;
• the purchase of adequate liability insurance for the operation, proof of which must be provided to the City;
• the payment of operating expenses, utility costs (excluding water and electricity), and taxes related to the activity (property taxes, waste disposal fees, etc.);
• obtaining, at their own expense, all necessary permits, licenses, and concessions;
• sole liability for any damage, violations, or nuisances caused by their subtenants;
• strict compliance with the rental terms and conditions and applicable regulations.

The contract will be concluded for a term of three years, with a monthly rent paid to the City of Differdange:

• First year — 800 €
• Second year — 900 €
• Third year — 1,000 €
• Starting in the fourth year, the monthly rent remains at 1,000 €

The applicable price list for users will be established by mutual agreement with the City. The City also reserves the right to organize ten free events per year, according to a schedule to be agreed upon with the operator.

A joint inventory will be conducted upon the handover and return of the chalet. Any structural modifications or major investments must be approved in writing by the City in advance. The operator is free to choose their own suppliers of beverages and products.
