Refund of the remaining amount on your Diffcard

The Diffcard will be discontinued on August 1, 2026.

If you have money left on your Diffcard, you can fill out the form below, and the City will refund the remaining amount in your account.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible. Due to the large number of requests, the process may take some time. We kindly ask for your patience.
