Aquasud has a surface area of 10,000 m2, spread over several levels. It has several swimming pools, including a learning pool, a six-lane pool, a paddling pool, a water park connected to the outdoor pool and several outdoor pools.
On the upper floor there is a large fitness room, a small restaurant, a wellness centre with saunas, whirlpool and a relaxation area.

Inaugurated in 2009, the gymnastics center in Oberkorn has largely contributed to increase the quality of training of our four gymnastics clubs. Indeed, the old installations prevented an adequate training of our young artistic gymnasts. As soon as the sports complex was put into operation, the clubs were able to register an impressive number of new members.
In 2021, the hall was named after Differdange gymnast Joseph “Josy” Stoffel, who died on 9 March 2021.

Since 1969 the sports centre in Oberkorn has welcomed an impressive number of athletes every day. The members are our martial arts clubs (karate and judo), boxing and handball. In winter, our youngest footballers will train here to prepare for the futsal championship. A weight room reserved for the athletes of our sports associations completes the offer.

In 1906, the men’s gymnastics club “La Liberté” was founded in Niederkorn. 117 years later, in 2023, the traditional club celebrated a ceremony on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the gymnastics hall “École de Garçons”, at which gymnastics teacher Attilio Bariviera was posthumously honoured as the eponym.
