In conjunction with the History Vehicles event, organized by the Kiwanis Club of Esch-sur-Alzette on September 5 and 6, 2026 in Lasauvage, traffic and parking arrangements will be temporarily modified on several streets in the town.
Traffic
From 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2026:
- No entry to Lasauvage from the intersection of Rue de Rodange and CR176, except for individuals with a valid pass;
- Two-way traffic on the following sections:
- from the intersection of Rue de Rodange and CR176 to the intersection with the railroad tracks (Carreau des Mines),
- from the intersection of Rue de Differdange and CR176 to Rue de la Crosnière (Lasauvage Church),
- on Rue de la Crosnière;
- One-way traffic from Rue de la Crosnière (Lasauvage Church) to the intersection with the railroad tracks (Carreau des Mines);
- No right turns on the following streets: Rue des Mineurs, Place Saintignon, Rue de la Crosnière, and Rue du Balcon;
- No left turns on Rue des Passeurs.
Parking
Parking will be prohibited on the following dates and at the following locations:
- Place Saintignon (marked spots) on Thursday, September 3, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
- Rue Principale from Thursday, September 3, at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m.;
- The section between the church and Place Saintignon from Friday, September 4, at 6:00 a.m. through Sunday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m.;
- Place Saintignon and Rue Saintignon (marked areas) — except for exhibitors’ cars with a KHV club badge from Friday, September 4, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m.;
- Rue de Rodange, on both sides between the entrance to the boules court and the Roudenhaff CR176 intersection, from Saturday, September 5, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m.;
- The section between Place Saintignon and house no 153; from Saturday, September 5, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m.;
- Carreau des Mines (marked areas) from 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 6;
- Franzousekräiz parking lot (marked areas) from 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 6.
