Affordable housing

RENLA is a national waiting list that includes all residents of Luxembourg who are looking to rent affordable housing.

Advantages of this system:

• Applicants no longer need to register with several different landlords — a single registration is sufficient.
• This register is used by all social landlords in the country, which increases the chances of each applicant obtaining housing suited to their needs.
• Housing allocation is quicker, more transparent, and fair.

RENLA facilitates the tracking of applications, avoids repetitive procedures, and gives applicants access to a wider range of affordable housing throughout the country.

If you are already registered, remember to update your application file in order to obtain affordable housing with your social landlord (housing department, Fonds du Logement, SNHBM, etc.).
