Security incident on our website

Preventive maintenance mode and measures taken

We identified a security incident on our website between 10 and 13 April. As a precautionary measure, the site was temporarily taken offline, and a thorough investigation was conducted to determine the cause, exact nature, and scope of the incident.

A software vulnerability was detected and fixed. Our website and services are now available again.

Data security

There is a high likelihood that personal data provided through our forms has been compromised. The categories of data potentially affected may include:

  • Identification card
  • Employment certificate / employment contract
  • Social Security card
  • Bank account information (IBAN, address)
  • Health records (vaccination card)
  • Degrees, diplomas
  • Legal documents (court)
  • Certificate of residence

We would like to draw your attention to the potential risks associated with this type of incident, including:

  • Attempts at identity theft
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Phishing campaigns (fraudulent emails or messages)

Recommendations for users

As a precaution, we recommend that you:

  • Be vigilant about suspicious communications
  • Do not click on links or attachments from unknown sources
  • Monitor the activity on your accounts and report any unusual activity

If you filled out a form on our website between 9 and 12 April, please do so again, as it is possible that the form was not submitted. Thank you for your understanding
