2026 Christmas Market: The City of Differdange Is Looking for Exhibitors

Luxembourg’s oldest Christmas market will celebrate its 49th edition from November 27 to December 20, 2026. The City is launching a call for applications today to operate the market stalls. Artisans, artists, and merchants: submit your application by September 30, 2026.

A 49th edition filled with magic

The City of Differdange is pleased to announce the 49th edition of its Christmas market, the oldest in the Grand Duchy. From November 27 to December 20, 2026, the pedestrian zone will once again be transformed into a true winter village.

Highlights of this must-see event include:

• free concerts throughout the market;
• a curling rink where you can compete with friends or family;
• a magical carousel to delight the little ones;
• a large ice rink set up in the heart of the pedestrian zone;
• and, of course, the long-awaited visit from Saint Nicholas on December 5.

Enough to delight young and old alike for nearly four weeks.

Become an exhibitor at our market

To bring this year’s event to life, the City is launching a call for applications to operate the market booths. Two sizes are available for the entire duration of the market:

• Small booth | 5.5 m² | €137.50;
• Large stall | 11 m² | 275 €.

Artists and artisans who hold daily demonstrations receive a 50% discount on the rental price.

The rental fee includes setup, water, electricity, and heating: all you need to do is bring your products and your good spirits.
