The city of Differdange rents parking spaces in the following parking garages :
- Place des Alliés in Fousbann (rue de la Chapelle)
- Parc des Sports in Oberkorn (rue Jeannot Kremer)
- Grand-rue
The rental contracts are concluded only with natural persons.
As all parking spaces are currently rented, there is a possibility to be put on a waiting list for the parking garages.
You can get on the waiting list:
- by filling out the online application below
- by contacting the customer service department of the municipality
- by emailing the completed and signed application form (PDF) to clients@differdange.lu.
- by sending the completed and signed application form (PDF) by post to:

IMPORTANT: the vehicle registration document of the vehicle for which the application is made must be presented or a copy of it must be attached to the online application, the applications by e-mail or by post.
Incomplete applications will not be considered and will be returned to the applicant. An incomplete application is understood to mean: mandatory fields of the application not filled in or missing submission of the vehicle registration document or missing copy of the vehicle registration document when applying online, by e-mail or by post.
Applications are placed on the respective waiting list according to the date of entry at the municipality. The following will be considered for inclusion on the waiting list:
- Online application: date and time of application.
- Presentation of vehicle registration certificate to customer service department: date and time of presentation.
- Application by e-mail: date and time of receipt of the e-mail.
- Application by post: date of receipt at the municipality.

Parking garage Place des Alliés
Number of spaces for rent: 51 spaces, a fixed number of which are rented exclusively to residents of the Fousbann neighborhood.
Types of vehicles allowed: Vehicles for passenger transport cat. M1 (<9 persons) except ambulances, taxis and delivery vehicles.
Rental price: 100 € per month, i.e. 1,200 € per year.
Parking garage Parc des Sports
Number of parking spaces for rent: 43 parking spaces
Types of vehicles allowed: Vans (N1); trailers (cat. O1 and O2); motorhomes; minibuses cat. M2 (≤16 persons); vehicles for passenger transport cat. M1 (<9 persons) including ambulances, taxis, cars and delivery vehicles.
Rental price: 150 € per month or 1.800 € per year.
Parking garage Grand-rue
Number of parking spaces for rent: 41 parking spaces, rented only to residents of the neighborhood as defined here. One space per household.
Types of vehicles allowed: Vehicles for passenger transport cat. M1 (<9 persons) except ambulances, taxis and delivery vehicles.
Rental price: 100 € per month or 1.200 € per year.
