The customer service department takes care of all customer invoicing. It manages the municipal taxes and draws up quarterly invoices for the supply of drinking water, sewerage and waste collection.

To take advantage of paperless invoicing, please send us an e-mail.

It manages the water meter for single-family homes, the main water meter for residences and is responsible for ordering waste bins.

It draws up the annual property tax bulletins based on the data provided by the Real Estate Assessment Service of the Direct Tax Administration.

It takes care of the declaration of dogs and the annual bill for the dog tax.

It also functions as a point of sale for the Nightcard and Diffcard. The customer service also accepts payment of all municipal bills either in cash or by credit card.

It is also responsible for: granting late-night opening times (nuit blanche), authorising lotteries, managing direct debit mandates, requests for paperless invoices and managing access cards to the recycling centre among others.
