Like all municipalities, the town of Differdange is required to have a general development plan covering its entire territory. The PAG aims to ensure: rational land use, harmonious development of urban and rural structures, respect for the cultural heritage and protection of the natural environment, public safety and hygiene, improvement of the quality of life of the population, rational use of energy. The objective of the general development plan is the distribution and location of human activities in various areas in order to ensure the coherent and sustainable development of the municipality, on the basis of the objectives defined by article 2 of the amended Act of 19 July 2004 on municipal planning and urban development.
All documents of the new general development plan PAP as well as the particular development plans, PAP-QE (written and graphic parts) and the strategic environmental evaluation report can be consulted below in the versions approved by the municipal council. In order to enable a quick and easy consultation of the individual documents, the documents and plans of the are presented here in a digital version. The documents are to be considered as a working document and cannot be regarded as a conform copy of the new PAP.
